Our shipping policy is simplified for your convenience. We offer more choices to get your products faster and provide complete satisfaction with your order. In order to provide affordable shipping rates we recycle as much packing materials as possible. If you combine our reasonable product prices and affordable shipping rates, you will get the best over all value available.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.A):
Rustique standard shipping method varies by geographic location. For most standard products, shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground. To speed delivery some items may be shipped separately from other locations across the country and may be sent via UPS or DHL.
We offer quicker shipping methods including Next Business Day (Call for Pricing), 2nd Business Day and 3rd Business Day shipping (Call for Pricing). All shipping calculations are based on weight and region of the U.S. Shipments are sent out each business day Monday-Friday. Shipping is calculated from the day the items ships and not the day the order is placed. Next Day and 2nd Day air shipments and 3rd Day do not include Weekends or Holidays.
Example: A 3rd Business day order placed on Sunday would not ship until the next business day (Monday). With a delivery day of Thursday.
To provide economical shipping for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska we also offer US Postal Priority service. Call for details.
International Shipping:
Our website does not currently calculate international shipping rates. Please fax, or e-mail for specific shipping rates to any destination worldwide.
The preferred carrier for international shipments is US Postal Service. Please e-mail us at sales@rustiquehome.com to see if we ship to your international location. All international orders require pre-payment.
